Highlights

  • One persistent Aviation Workspace map now shifts between TWR/GND, DEP/APP, and ENR presentation with zoom, and can hold the current view.
  • Range, measurement, protractor, theater mode, MSFS Connect, Coordinates, Flight Planner, and Flight Level Distribution were reconnected.
  • Chart Explorer, six-country navdata, weather, information browsing, and Profile View now run in the same workspace.

Improvements

  • Rebuilt persistent target trails, future paths, separation circles, target preferences, and multi-select.
  • Removed the superseded page runtimes and compatibility bridges, with architecture guards against their return.
  • Deferred inactive route navdata, measured against a new heavy-navdata performance baseline.

Fixes

  • Restored a coherent, staged launch screen while the workspace loads.
  • Stopped following targets outside the altitude range and preserved followed targets and footer coordinates.
  • Drew workspace traffic above navdata and decoupled alerts from the altitude display filter.

In Progress

  • Tuning zoom handoffs between TWR/GND, DEP/APP, and ENR representations.
  • Finishing terminal ATS and special use airspace visual policies.
  • Reducing procedure point layer complexity flagged by the latest maintainability scan.
