Platform update: Traffic Comms data model and workspace layout

Traffic Comms moved toward realtime collaboration while workspace panels gained clearer docking and canvas rules.

Highlights

  • Traffic Rooms became Traffic Comms.
  • Traffic Comms gained schema, RLS/RPC, retention, cleanup, realtime, owner controls, and older message loading work.
  • Workspace layout gained preserved layouts, minimum canvas policy, and stronger docked panel behavior.
