Platform update: airport procedures move into Chart Explorer

Chart Explorer expanded across US and South Korea chart families, and airport procedures moved into the same operational tree.

Highlights

  • US airport, runway, navaid, holding, airway, compass-ring, and FAA-scoped toggles were added.
  • South Korea ACC, airway, airport navdata, and holding-pattern toggles were added.
  • Airport procedures moved into Chart Explorer.

Improvements

  • Added airport chart tree wiring, selected-airport reveal behavior, and default-open continent groups.
  • Added ILS group toggles, compact facility labels, procedure category indentation, and cleaner dropdown layout.
  • Added the Chart Explorer toolbox shortcut.
