Platform update: traffic heading fallbacks and Vite 8 verification

Traffic rendering became more resilient when heading data is partial, and the verification pipeline moved through the Vite 8 upgrade.

Highlights

  • Aircraft rotation now has a trail-based fallback when raw heading data is missing.
  • Traffic rendering better respects available raw heading data.
  • The verification pipeline was stabilized during the Vite 8 migration.

  • Refactored the visual and unit test structure for easier maintenance.
  • Refreshed engineering metrics after the test and dependency work.
  • Removed obsolete terminal flight commands from the operator surface.

  • Fixed render-heading test typing.
  • Fixed verify-gate and Cloudflare function deploy regressions.
  • Replaced the React plugin path needed for the Vite 8 stack.
